| Upon purchase you will be furnished, via email, an IP address to use along with a User Name and Password that will allow you access to our Server(s). This email will include the RemoteGrid Backup Software setup link if requested. This information must be protected by YOU per the RemoteGrid User Agreement. If you select an Encryption Password for your backup file(s), DON"T FORGET IT, it IS NOT retrievable by the staff of RemoteGrid. If you forget this password your backup file(s) will be unusable in the event of a need to restore. |
| Tech Support will be available FREE OF CHARGE through E-Mail only. We will respond to all request for support within a 24 hour period. We offer Internet support billable at $20.00 per incident. This service will allow our Technician to take direct control of your system and view the problem you are experiencing. All Support Emails MUST have your Username in the Subject line of your email. |
| A DVD Recovery Service is available to customers which will offer Restore Files on a DVD Disk. This method will greatly shorten the restore time for LARGE backup files. This service is offered at $25.00 per occurrence and will be available for customer pickup at our location. |
